Our certified therapists have undergone a complete and rigorous training with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis Asia (LCCH Asia). They are all certified with the Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, having completed both the Advanced Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and the Specialist Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

How to Start

Step 1: Start your journey

Book your initial session online to formally start your journey toward improved mental well-being. This simple first step connects you with our compassionate care team.

Step 2: Share your story

Complete our confidential intake form prior to your first meeting. This provides your therapist with essential background information, helps us understand your unique story, and ensures our preparation is tailored to your hopes and therapeutic goals.

Step 3: Meet us

Meet your certified therapist in your initial virtual or in-person session. Together, you'll discuss the reasons for seeking support, delve into your personal history and current situation, and collaboratively define the therapeutic goals that matter most to you. This is a time for mutual understanding and setting a clear direction.

Step 4: Collaborative Healing

In subsequent sessions, you and your therapist will explore your concerns in depth. This is where you will learn, develop, and practice new, evidence-based strategies for improving your mental well-being, moving forward with a personalised treatment plan designed for lasting change and emotional growth.
