I have several years of clinical experience in the USA, UK and Brazil. I use an integrative approach that I obtained from my professional and academic training in Clinical Psychology (Brazil), Marriage and Family Therapy (USA), Health Psychology (UK), and advanced training in Clinical Hypnotherapy (USA and Brazil). I hold licenses in the USA as a Marriage and Family Therapist (IL, NJ & FL), in the UK as a Counseling Psychologist, and in Brazil as a Clinical Psychologist. Along with CBT, I also utilize knowledge from my in-depth studies in eastern and spiritual traditions as well as psychodrama, breathwork, relaxation, guided imagery, rituals, and meditation to assist my clients in dealing with a variety of health and emotional conditions such as depression, anxiety, traumas, relationship problems. I have a special interest in how emotions may have a positive or negative impact on overall health, and I have been involved in research projects related to this field in the last couple of years.also uses hypnotherapy as a road map to changing self-defeating habits through cognitive behavioural processes.
